1、负责对收汇、付汇的业务的登记及管理,配合做好外汇核销工作；
2、信用证、保函业务处理及登记；
3、及时了解、掌握及传递相关资讯信息（国家外汇管理局、海关等相关政策）；
4、记帐凭证的及时处理；
5、信用卡的管理及登记；
6、完成领导交办的其它各项业务

具体要求：

Establish and develop a qulity administration department to meet the development plan of the company.
Couch and develop subordinates.
Draft, finally release, maintain and improve related administrative rules and regulations.
Act as a lead in the execution of all administrative affairs including but not limited to:
a.Manage all company vehicles, shuttle buses, meal, dorm, cleanness and other things related.

b.Arrange employees’ transportation, ticket booking, hotel room reservations, and mobile phone and so on.

c.Be in charege of reception, sanitation and environment of the plant.

d.Purchasing, management and maintenance of office supplies.

Submit budget report and expense report with details monthly.
Be the primary contact of the Company for governmental affairs.
Take care of employees, communicate with employees, and inspire employees’s passion.
Maintain effective communication and work closely with all functional departments of the company.

Job Qualifications:

Good written and oral language skills in both English and Chinese.
Strong knowledge with all operation of administration management, and with strong cost consciousness.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Very strong communication and coordination skills
A hard working, responsible person with good team work spirit.
Be able to work under lots of pressure.
At least 3 years’ experience in administration management as a supervisor or above in a foreign-invested company preferred.
